      Sailing on Monterey Bay

Policies

  • Lifejackets are required at all times when using the equipment.

  • All participants MUST be able to swim.

  • Any participant with a medical condition that could be affected by the activity MUST report the condition on the Agreement and Release of Liability. (See below.)

  • Individuals are not permitted to use the equipment if under the influence of illegal substances or alcohol.

  • We retain the right to refuse instruction to anyone.

  • A $20 return fee will be charged for checks which do not clear.

  • All participants must sign an Agreement and Release of Liability (Liability Waiver), which can be downloaded, signed and faxed or mailed in. See Adult Liability Waiver for instructions for downloading and submitting the Adult Liability Waiver. See Youth Programs Reservations for instructions for downloading and submitting the Youth Liability Waiver.
