Youth Programs

What better way to spend a summer day than sailing on a light breeze or exploring the extraordinary marine habitat of Monterey Bay! Our youth sailing, kayaking and surfing courses are offered through the North Monterey Country Recreation and Parks District (NCRPD) with support from the Dept. of Boating and Waterways.
