Youth Boating Programs in the Monterey Bay Area

The following boating programs are available for young people in the Monterey Bay area:

• Monterey Peninsula Youth Sailing Foundation (MPYSF) - a non-profit corporation that funds youth sailboats, equipment and activities for young sailors in the Monterey Bay area.
• City of Monterey Camp Quien Sabe Youth Overnight Camp - includes boating in addition to a variety of other outdoor activities.
• The Junior Program of the Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club offers an annual summer sailing school.
• The Santa Cruz Yacht Club Junior Program offers beginning and advanced sailing classes.
• Elkhorn Slough Paddling Club, Kids Kayak Summer Camp and Private Youth Group Tours offered by Monterey Bay Kayaks
